Welcome to Bluenose at Grayton Beach! Bluenose is a new, gorgeous, three bedroom, three full bath home in The Preserve at Grayton Beach that can sleep ten.

The Preserve at Grayton Beach is located on a beautiful stretch of 30A. It is a quiet, private, gated community that offers two pools, one of which is seasonally heated, tennis courts, and a clubhouse. A short walk down its private, deeded boardwalk will have you relaxing on the beach in no time! (The walk to the beach from the house is approximately 4/10 of a mile, or about a ten minute walk.) The neighborhood is surrounded by Point Washington State Forest, offering over 10 miles of hiking and biking trails!

As you enter Bluenose, you'll love the bright, open floor plan, ten foot ceilings, and gorgeous hardwood floors throughout! On the first floor, the beautifully decorated living room offers comfortable seating, flat screen television and blueray DVD player. The well-stocked kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, large island with breakfast bar, and everything you will need to prepare and serve meals during your stay. The dining room has seating that expands for up to ten, and opens up to a fully furnished screened in patio. The master bedroom is also on the first floor, with a king size bed and flat screen television. The master bath has dual vanities, huge walk-in shower with two showerheads, and a walk-in closet. Additionally, a second family/game room offers families plenty of room to relax. Here you'll find a 32' flat screen television, blueray dvd player, a Wii console, and a counter height game table, and is well stocked with books, movies, board games, and toys to keep everyone entertained. You can close the doors and open the queen sized sleeper for an additional sleeping area as well.

Up on the second floor you will find two more beautifully decorated bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has twin sized bunk beds. Both rooms also have flat screen televisions, and share a large full bathroom.

Other great features of this house include an outdoor shower on the deck just outside the side door and a conveniently located laundry room with a high-efficiency washer and gas dryer just inside the side entrance, perfect for cleaning up after a day on the beach. We have 4 bicycles available for our guests' use, a wagon, beach chairs and sand toys as well. There is a pack 'n play for our littlest guests and we also provide high speed wireless Internet for your convenience.

At Bluenose, we've included everything you'll need for a perfect beach vacation. Lounge in the sun on our sugar white beaches, bike to Seaside, Watercolor, Blue Mountain Beach, or as far as your legs will take you on the 18 mile Timpoochee bike trail, shop at any of the many local specialty shops, or try the local fresh catch at one of the great local eateries. Try your hand at paddle boarding, enjoy a nature hike through a state park, or explore a rare coastal dune lake. Enjoy a round of golf, a relaxing massage or a night out at the Red Bar.

    My wife along with our two teenage children and two of their friends stayed at Bluenose recently. The house was decorated beautifully and was conveniently located. The house was well stocked. We enjoyed the bikes and the game room. The beach was a short walk, but well worth it. Thanks and we look forward to a return visit.

    BTW - My wife would like to know the interior paint color please?

I wanted to let you know that I checked with the owner and they do not have the paint color information readily available and I also contacted the paint store where they purchased it but I struck out there as well! I'm so sorry I couldn't locate this information for you! We do hope that you will come back and join us again soon!
