Coastal Vue is a luxurious 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom property is one of 8 homes located in the gated community of Longue Vue. This exclusive neighborhood, directly south of 30A, is conveniently nestled between the popular communities of Rosemary, Alys, and Seacrest Beach. With only 35 yards separating you from the Gulf, you’re only a short walk from the white-sanded beaches and crystal blue water, and not to mention less than a ¼ mile walk to fun family activities, delicious restaurants, and desirable boutiques in the surrounding communities. The moment you enter through the gates of Longue Vue, you are sure to feel an equal sense of comfort and relaxation as you are welcomed by the paved street, leading straight to an abundance of Gulf views.

This large, Mediterranean inspired home is beautiful from top to bottom, and includes an easily accessible private, personal pool in the open courtyard, as well as an outdoor ping-pong set for your enjoyment. On the first floor of the home, you will find three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the first providing a queen bunk bed (sleeping 4) and a jack-and-jill, full bath connecting to the second, a twin/queen bunk (sleeping 3). The third bedroom includes a queen bed and a connecting full bath. A large, walk-in laundry room is suitably located on the first floor, as well.

As you walk up to the 2nd floor, a large, open-concept family area welcomes you with beautiful Gulf views, and an abundance of room for both your entertaining and lounging needs. In the living area, the large L-shaped couch provides a full, sleeper sofa, sleeping 2 guests.

Stepping out from the living area, you enter onto a large covered balcony, providing easy and comfortable sunset viewing or a relaxing area to enjoy your morning coffee, and made complete with an easily accessible, new charcoal grill. Conveniently connected to the family room, you will find the 3rd guest bedroom, a queen bed, and connecting bathroom, comfortably sleeping 2 more of your guests.

Moving up to the third floor, you enter to the master suite. This room is made complete with a spacious king bed, a quaint sitting area, and a large master bathroom that includes both a double vanity, glass enclosed shower, a large soaking tub, as well as a private balcony for beautiful sunset views. Spiraling up to the fourth and final level, you will find a beautiful and breezy lookout that stands tall, above all else, providing you with endless Gulf views for you and your family to enjoy.

You will find all that you need in this well appointed home, as each room is outfitted with a flat screen TV, the kitchen is fully stocked, and a complimentary set of 4 bikes is provided for your enjoyment. And during the fall and winter, you will find the gas fireplace in the family room to be very useful during those chilly evenings. The dining table seats eight comfortably with additional seating at the kitchen island, as well as 4 folding chairs in the closet.

With its beautiful Gulf views from both the 2nd, 3rd, and lookout floors, as well as a convenient and refreshing private pool– you and your guests are sure to have an amazing and memorable trip!

    Things started out a bit rough. As we were driving in I received a voicemail saying the washer was not working. On the first full day the AC unit went down, but I must compliment the Mgt Team. First of all they called me back within 5 minutes when I reported problems. It was Sunday evening when the AC went down and we thought we might have to leave but Joseph at Benchmark actually came out to the property and found an AC contractor. The AC was back on after only 5 hours. I was impressed with the follow up. The washer was fixed by Wed as they promised. We had a great trip. Thank you Benchmark!

    We had a great vacation. The views were good and the beach access was very handy. My complaint would be that the house was not clean. There was hair in the bathroom downstairs and dust bunnies everywhere.Lots of dead flies. In the kitchen the floor was dirty and there was ketchup on the counters. For the rental cost there should be a better coffee pot.Also more coffee cups are needed.

I appreciate the positive comments but I would like to address the cleaning issue - we have recently made a change in our cleaning company and have had discussions with them to ensure that we start off on a good foot - we want our guests to have a great experience and that means making sure that the cleaning is up to our high standards because we believe that is what you deserve!

    Coastal Vue was a wonderful vacation property and one we would absolutely consider renting again! The layout was perfect for our extended family, while the Crows Nest was our favorite spot in the house and possibly one of the best spots in the Rosemary Beach area to take in the ocean and sunrises/sunsets. The close proximity to the beach and private beach access cannot be underestimated, and the gated community entrance provided a quiet, low stress environment for our family with several young children.
