Come enjoy Feet Wet, a newly built townhome conveniently located directly north of the popular dining and shopping area, The Hub! This new community of Promince is in the heart of 30A, and laced with luxury amenities like a large pool, outdoor grill and dining area, and a private fitness center! This strikingly spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath property will sleep up to 8 people and is just a short walk or bike to the beach! This development is located only a few miles from both Seaside and Watercolor, as well as Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach – only a short walk, bike or drive to fun family activities, delicious restaurants, and desirable boutiques in the surrounding communities.

First Floor:

This home is the perfect getaway for family vacations, girls weekends, romantic getaways, and more! With all the available space and wonderful amenities that the community of Prominence has to offer, you and your guests are sure to have a stay to remember! The town of Prominence has a 5,000 sq. ft. pool that includes plenty of cabanas and lounge chairs for your leisure, along with a fitness center, and outdoor grill and dining area located in the pool area.

Feet Wet is approx. 1 mile to the beach access, but the FREE trolley service is offered to all Prominence guests Memorial Day through Labor Day, 9am-3pm!

SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING: Beach towels, beach chairs, tanning lotion, camera, radio/ipod, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, bath soap, bicycles, rafts, coffee filters, antiseptic, flashlights, umbrellas, and fishing gear.

DISCLAIMER - The Prominence north community is in the process of expanding. As such, the occassional construction vehicle and construction noise may be seen or heard during your stay.

    We had a great time on our trip! The space was so luxurious and so affordable, and being walking distance to The Hub was an added bonus. The pool was incredible- we felt like we were staying in a resort!

    Our family had a wonderful experience staying at the "Feet Wet" property! The highlights were the "HUB", Prominence pool, the bike rides along 30A and of course the beautiful beaches. The only issue is the distance to a public beach access. Hopefully in the future Prominence will have a dedicated beach access :-)

    My friends and I have a great time at the house(FeetWet). Close to the parks. We visited three different beaches. The house decor was very modern. We loved the pool area from the kids. The bikes were fun. The only comment I have is the wifi was bad and they need to put more signals for the crosswalk. At night it is dark and people do not drive the speed limit.
