This luxurious, Gulf front property is located in the charming, gated community of Sunset Beach Villas. Nestled between the busy communities of Rosemary, Alys, and Seacrest Beach, you’re only a quick walk to fun family activities, delicious restaurants, and desirable shopping strips. The moment you enter through the gates at Sunset Beach Villas, you are welcomed by a beautiful palm tree lined community with cobblestone streets the lead you straight to Gulf views.

Located in one of three 4-story buildings that sit atop a bluff, this elegant, Mediterranean inspired condominium overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, leaving you with amazing, unobstructed views from the living room, dining area, and kitchen. French doors open onto a large covered balcony, providing easy and comfortable sunset viewing or a relaxing area to enjoy your morning coffee.

This home is located directly in the middle of the three condominiums, and has an elevator right outside your door providing easy accessibility to both the white, sugary-sanded beaches, as well as all of the available amenities in this community!

You will find all that you need in this well appointed home. The living room is very comfortable with TV, DVD, and a gas fireplace for any of those chilly fall evenings. The dining table seats eight comfortably with additional seating for four at the kitchen island.

The bedrooms setups are perfect with a large master bedroom/bathroom suite. The master bedroom features an elegant king sized bed, a TV, and its own large bathroom with two vanities, large glass-enclosed shower and garden tub. Bedroom #2 contains a queen-sized bed, TV and a private bathroom. Bedroom #3 contains to full sized beds, TV and an adjacent bathroom, which is located off the main hallway. The bedroom layout of this home provides privacy for everyone. There is also a separate laundry room with full sized washer and dryer.

    We had a wonderful stay. The house was in a great location with great views of the gulf. We chose this unit opposed a house on the other side of 30a in seacrest and we were very happy to be on the gulf side. The unit was not as clean as we would have liked. Had to clean vanities and kitchen drawers when we got there and sweep the sandy floors. There were many light bulbs that were out so the light was dim at times. Due to a full season of rentals the unit needs a full cleaningvoverhaul. But besides the cleanliness it had everything we needed and the spot was perfect. The property management was great. Very responsive and helpful. Overall it was a perfect vacation rental!!

    The property was very nice and had great views of the beach. The access to the beach was easy. My one suggestion would be to provide a cart for loading and unloading cars.

    Perfect Location!! Beautiful condo right in a perfect spot. The cleaning crew could do a better job. The broom was old, vacuum didn't work, the linens were changed but the comforter and pillows were not placed back on the bed. Not the pillow cases for the master. The floors needed a good cleaning and the mop wasn't sufficient. Other than that, we lived every bit of it.
