This beautiful, pool front home is a 3 bed/2 bath rental sleeping 10 guests in the highly sought-after Seacrest Beach Community, with views of the 12,000 sq ft Lagoon Pool from both the living area, back patio, and master suite! This cottage is a wonderful, family-friendly vacation rental that includes a private gate out to the pool & amphitheater area, as well as 4 personal bikes for your family’s use. Located just a short 4/10 of a mile from the gorgeous, white-sanded beaches, you’re only just a short walk, bike or trolley ride from the Gulf!

When you first walk into the home, you are welcomed by a large, open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area that provides your guests with the perfect place to entertain, relax and enjoy time with loved ones. Downstairs, you will find two bedrooms: 1 spacious king bedroom, sleeping 2 of your guests, 1 Full/Twin combo bunk bed with a pullout twin trundle, sleeping 4 more of your guests, and a queen sleeper sofa, sleeping 2 more of your guests.

Renters will be thrilled to find that the entire 2nd floor is a large master retreat made complete with a spacious king bed, a sitting area, private covered balcony, and an oversized bath that includes a soaking tub, separate shower, and a double vanity.

    This is a great spot for a family vacation. The rooms were clean and well decorated. The location was great for young kids, close to the pool and beach. It was easy to keep clean and prepare big meals. A quick bike ride or longish walk to the shops of Seacreast and Rosemary Beach. We will be back! Note for Benchmark: the hottub did not work. Note for future renters: there are no pantry items at all (pack the salt and pepper and every little thing you need); property managers have tight portion control on everything (single pack dishwasher pods, dish soap, laundry soap, no hand soap at all, small shampoo/conditioner, 1 trash bag, the works - just bring your whole pantry and enjoy the perfect location!)

As far as the other items mentioned we will be discussing these to see how we might improve these things for our guests. Having a starter pack of amenities and paper products is fairly standard for this area. We do hope that we see you again soon - thank you for staying with us at SunSpot!

    The house was perfect for our group of 5. The location to the pool and beach was ideal, and all of our activities were either walk able or accessible by bike. The laundry closet door fell off its track and the blender did not work. But everything else was great. We will definitely
    come back. Very comfortable house.

    It was fun and good pool front location...BRIGHT BRIGHT YELLER color inside is overwhelming!! Only 1 cheap lamp in living room and a boat paddle nailed to the wall in the LR is cheesy...could spend a little more money and make it nice...just isn't yet. Kitchen needed lots more utensils & supplies
