Come experience a stay at Sweet Home 30A, the beautiful 3-bedroom/2-bunk room home conveniently located along 30A in the new development of Prominence! This unique property is in the perfect location and comes with 4 complimentary bikes for your enjoyment. With just steps separating you from the happening activities at The Hub, directly across 30A from the 5,000 square foot pool, and only a quick bike or trolley ride to the beach, you are sure to enjoy this brand new home with pristine finishes. If you have yet to enjoy a night out at The Hub, then it’s a must for your upcoming stay: live music, delicious dining, and quaint shops all just steps away. And if you’re interested in more shopping and dining, it’s only a few minute drive to the shoppes at Alys, Seacrest, Seaside and Rosemary Beach's town centers, all supplying an abundance of family activities! With only a couple blocks separating you from the white sandy beaches, convenience, luxury, and relaxation are sure to surround you at Sweet Home 30A!

As you pull into Sweet Home 30A, you are welcomed by a darling front porch with a nice furniture arrangement to enjoy at all times of the day. Stepping into the home, you enter into an open-concept floor plan with a large dining, sitting, and kitchen area great for all types of entertaining. The Living Room has plenty of sitting space with extra seats to pull up at any moment, as well as a queen pullout couch. The dining room seats up to 8, with 4 stools at the kitchen island, and the kitchen has a large island for gathering around at breakfast or in preparation of meals. Directly off of this family/living area is a ½ bath conveniently located for any guests.

Also on the first floor, you will find a large master suite with a spacious king bed. Directly connected to this room is a large master bath with a walk-in shower, closet, and double vanity. Steps from the master suite, you find a walk-in laundry room with a new washer/dryer, as well as a nice counter space for any folding or gathering of wet beach gear after a day at the pool/beach.

Moving up to the 2nd floor, you will find two more spacious guest bedrooms, each with a connecting full bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed, and the other with two full beds sleeping up to 4 more of your guests. One sweet characteristic of this home, are the bunkroom “nooks” located off of the upstairs hallway. One nook holds a twin bunk bed sleeping 2 more of your guests, and the other has a twin bed with a nightstand. These rooms are great for kids – they’ll love them!

Provided are a pack-n-play, and beach “blanket” to aide in the perfection of your vacation experience.

Sweet Home 30A is 1 mile (about a 15 minute walk) to the beach access, but the FREE trolley service is offered to all Prominence guests Memorial Day through Labor Day, 9am-3pm.

DISCLAIMER - The Prominence south community is in the process of expanding. As such, the occasional construction vehicle and construction noise may be seen or heard during your stay.
