4 Bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and sleeps 11 guests comfortably. This newly constructed beautiful home in Rosemary Beach, FL is located on one of the popular beach town’s famous green parks. This house, with a beautifully open layout designed by the talented Gregory J. Jazayeri, of GJH Designs (www.GDJDesigns.com) has never been rented, and is in immaculate condition - no detail was spared in the craftsmanship of this build by WaterCrest Homes (www.Watercresthomes.com). Located on the north side of 30A, and directly on a private park and boardwalks and steps from the Rosemary Butterfly Garden, this home has a quaint, private feel, while still in close proximity to the beach, shops, restaurants, and other family-friendly activities. Downstairs consists of an open-concept layout combining a large living area, dining area with a table for eight, kitchen area with a large granite island seating four into a grand L shaped configuration offering great family time while cooking and lounging together. This main living area opens out into both the front porch complete with a large porch swing and a side covered courtyard with seating for four with a nearby pottery-style water feature creating soft and serene flowing sounds. The rear of the main level holds one of two master suites trimmed out with high molded wood panels and 10 ft wooden beam ceiling all in a bright fresh white paint. The upstairs of the house starts with a cozy living space with plush L shaped sectional couches and television for hidaway relaxation or down time. The two front bedrooms roll out onto a large front exterior deck overlooking the park, neighborhood boardwalks and the Butterfly Garden. In addition, the upstairs contains three full bathrooms and the best bedroom in the house, a second master suite with wooden beam vaulted ceiling. This master suite looks out onto yet another second floor deck on the side of the house overlooking the interior private courtyard and water feature. Throughout the entire house is the use of many windows allowing for optimal sunlight and brightness with white walls, decorative trim and reclaimed walnut hardwood flooring.
