Great ocean front condo

Condo was exactly as Pictured online. Clean, quiet and large oceanfront balcony. Conveniently located. 2 pools and hot tub were clean and well maintained. Love the additional parking across the street with a covered walkover. This parking access should be made known to the renters in the condo descriptions. We were unsure at first if this was additional parking for this condo. Had to ask other renters to find out. No complaints or problems with condo. We do have one complaint with benchmark management though. Access wristbands were in an envelope with instructions to return to benchmark on Thomas drive upon departure or pay $40 fine per band. We could not locate benchmark office so we called office. We were told we would have to drive 27 miles to Santa Rosa to return. We refused to do that. After spending 20 minutes on the phone with BM, we were told that most people leave the arm bands in the room. That was NOT the instructions on the wristband packet!! We drove back and tried to re enter condo but could not. We had to leave our bands hanging on Outside of door. Benchmark needs to make instructions accurate for return of armbands!

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the wristband instructions; however, please note that the HOA sends out an email 24 to 48 hours before your arrival, which guests need to review. We will pass on your feedback to the team to ensure a smoother process in the future.

Great instructions to pick up the info to access the condo, but we had no code to enter the beach. Kitchen was bare bones. Ask if coffee pot & if so what kind & wrong info was given. Cleaning crew needs a ✔️list. We had a dishwasher full of dirty dishes & hair in the sink. Outside porch dirty & mildewed & the table needs to go.Maintenance DID get our TV’s to work on the 2nd day(replaced remote).Bad floor’s mentioned in reviews, I think they are included in the cleaning deficit. Elevators speedy & the property was well maintained. Parking was unclear in info,but answered when asked. We REALLY liked the code entry on the door!!️

We have ensured that this information is easily found by guests and is clear for future stays. In regards to the kitchen, please note that while we do not stock seasonings, the kitchen is stocked with glasses, dishes, and utensils, as well as basic cookware. Your comments regarding the outside porch have been taken into account and we do apologize for the inconvenience. We have also taken your cleaning remarks into account, had this been brought to our attention during the stay; we would have offered to send back our cleaning team to the unit. It is always our aim to solve any issues guests have as quickly as possible! We are happy that we were able to assist with the television. We want to thank you again for choosing to stay with us!
