318 Canal Street is a modern and charming home on Canal Street, just outside of Seaside. With 3291 sq ft, 5 beds and 5.5 baths, this retreat offers luxury, comfort, and privacy. Enjoy the huge kitchen with an island and living space that looks out at natural Florida landscape to the canal, magnolias, oaks, and private pool.
With one Master Suite on the first floor, and another on the second, the upstairs Main Master provides a spacious bathroom with separate tub and shower peering out to the treetops and private back deck over looking the pool. The pool can be heated during winter months for an additional fee. Large walk-in closet and is also equipped with a coffee bar for mornings on the back porch. This modern retreat offers incredible proximity to Seaside and the beach, all within the sanctuary of Old Seagrove.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
Pool heater was broke first two days of stay
Breaker tripped so no electricity in master bedroom last day, no fan, chargers etc would work.
Gas fireplace leaked gas throughout house strong smell
Fireplace wouldn’t ignite last day
Dishwasher broken
Shower door wouldn’t shut
Downstairs toilet ran constantly and sometimes required removing the tank lid to manually flush
Difficult to swim because so many dried leaves on concrete patio that constantly blew into the water. Skimmer can only remove a few from top. If the leaves were cleared from ground this would have been limited
Could use additional towels or pool towels so that you don’t have to wash in between each use. Only one towel per person provided
Games need updated. One game not appropriate for children, yahtzee had no dice in box
Couple more throw blankets would be nice in living room area, only one is hard for large groups
All just feedback. Overall very grateful for our time at 318 Canal St. Beautiful home and convenient location.
