This gorgeous home is clean and well kept with a great location in Seacrest Beach including all of the wonderful amenities the neighborhood offers. The 1st floor features the main entertainment and dining areas that open into a large kitchen. There is seating for 6 at the dining table and 4 at the peninsula. There's a half bathroom plus a convenient king bedroom suite. On the 2nd floor you'll find 3 more bedrooms (one extra large suite!) as well as the laundry room. The 3rd floor features another living area with balcony access. Spend your evenings on the beautiful balcony with some amazing Seacrest and Gulf views. There is even a full bathroom on this level.

Outside you'll find an outdoor shower with hot water plus an amazing gas grill for those BBQ cravings. Even better is the convenience of the garage for parking. What else? Enjoy hot water on demand provided by tankless water heaters. Decks on all levels with all-weather poly Adirondack chairs and tables on the 3rd level. Separate heat and air conditioners for the 3rd floor. Don't forget about the access to the 12,000 square foot pool and FREE seasonal tram service to the beach.

Sleeping Arrangements:
1st Floor, Bedroom 1: King bed, TV. Private bathroom with large shower.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 2: King bed, TV and living area with sleeper sofa. Private balcony access.
Private bathroom with separate tub and shower.
2nd Floor Bedroom 3: Queen bed, TV.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 4: Queen bed, TV.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with tub/shower combo.
3rd Floor, Loft: TV and balcony access. Full bathroom with large shower.

Beach Access:
Enjoy FREE tram service from March - October to (and from!) your beach access across 30A at Sunset Beach. Just walk to the nearest designated tram stop and call for pickup. The tram should arrive within 15 minutes. It runs 7 days a week, starting at 9 AM with the last pickup from the beach at 5:30 PM.

Seacrest Beach II
The showstopper of the area is the 12,000 square-foot lagoon pool. With a waterfall, fountain, and children's splash area we know you'll find your perfect pool day at Seacrest. Surrounded by palm trees and poolside loungers, it might be hard to split your time between this pool and the beautiful Gulf.

* Other parking available throughout the neighborhood on a first-come-first-serve basis
* Golf carts are not allowed in the Seacrest Beach community.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
