From the moment you arrive, you'll have everything you need for a seamless beachside stay. Six complimentary bikes make it easy to explore the area, whether you're cruising along 30A or discovering hidden local gems. After a day in the sand, rinse off in the outdoor shower before unwinding in the bright and airy living area on the second floor. A plush sofa and large TV set the stage for cozy movie nights, while the fireplace adds warmth on cooler evenings. The fully equipped kitchen features a standard coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, and a refrigerator with an ice maker, making it easy to prepare meals and snacks. Gather around the dining table with seating for seven, or enjoy casual bites at the kitchen island with three barstools. An adjacent table with four chairs provides additional seating for meals or games. To make your beach days even easier, the garage is stocked with essentials, including folding wagons, 12 beach chairs, 5 umbrellas, an inflatable mattress, a beach mat, and buckets and toys for the little ones.

After a day in the sun, rinse off at the outdoor shower and fire up the grill right next to it for a relaxed cookout. The community pool next door offers a refreshing break. Guests will also have full access to the tennis court, which is directly next to the pool and equipped with two pickleball courts and nets—perfect for friendly competition or staying active on vacation. Cruise around effortlessly with the six-passenger golf cart, making it easy to explore nearby attractions.
