Alternatively, unwind in the screened porch overlooking the pool for a more serene start. Inside, the open and airy layout welcomes you with large windows, cozy sofas, and a TV for entertainment. The dining area, thoughtfully designed to bring everyone together, comfortably seats six and creates the perfect ambiance for shared meals, laughter, and conversations. On the first floor, you’ll find a comfortable Queen bedroom with its own TV and a private bathroom complete with a dual vanity. A washer and dryer add extra convenience during your stay. Upstairs on the second floor, restful nights await in the master bedroom with a TV, a private bathroom featuring a garden tub, and dual vanities. Additional guest bedrooms include a king bed and a full bed, each equipped with a TV, and a hallway bunk nook with twin beds that share a bathroom with a tub.
For the kids, the third floor offers two custom bunk bed sets, one trundle bed, and an attached bathroom, providing a fun and functional space they'll love. This level also features a spacious deck, perfect for enjoying the fresh air and creating lasting memories. It’s sure to be a favorite retreat for younger guests!

A starter set of amenities is provided: The kitchen includes paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, dishwasher pods, kitchen wipes, trash liners, and laundry pods. Each bathroom has toilet paper, facial and bath soaps, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Towels include one body towel & washcloth per guest, plus two hand towels per bathroom.
Pros: Great location, walking distance to the beach, close to coffee shops/restaurants, golf cart was super convenient, beach wasn't too crowded, private pool was a bonus! Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets, pillows, etc. The house had plenty of room for our family of four. We also loved the screened in porch and plenty of parking. Benchmark was very responsive to our questions and quickly resolved any concerns/issues we ran into.
Areas for improvement: In my personal opinion the quality of the linens (sheets, towels, etc.) were not what I would expect for what we paid for this rental. The towels were extremely rough (like a cheap motel) and felt very worn. Golf cart was not at the house when we arrived and ultimately Benchmark paid to rent one for us after we made multiple phone calls/messages asking about it. If the golf cart isn't going to be included moving forward then the listing should be updated. It also felt like the furniture was too big for the space which made the house feel a little claustrophobic. For example, in order to use all the seats at the dining table you have to pull it away from the wall where it is stored and it then blocks the walkway from the kitchen. Not really an issue as it was just the 4 of us, but it would have felt tight if we had more people.
Lastly, this is unique to our situation but we were planning on bringing our dog with us and sadly he passed about a week before our trip. We asked about a refund on the pet fee since we wouldn't sadly not be bringing our pet anymore and Benchmark refused. I understand this is policy, but I truly believe that every policy should have room for small exceptions for circumstances such as this. Either way, I understand their position but it was a bi
