If you are looking for a relaxing get away located directly on an uncrowded stretch of white sand beach, your search is over! Sand in My Shoes offers gorgeous gulf views, fabulous accommodations and the perfect location on 30A! This newly renovated three bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhouse sleeps 10 comfortably and is less than 50 yards from the door to the beach! Situated on the west end of five attached gulf front units, Sand in My Shoes offers gorgeous ocean views and breathtaking sunsets off two balconies directly overlooking the Gulf. This also makes it the closest unit to the private gated beach access stairs. There is one reserved spot directly in front of the unit with additional parking on site.
You'll enter through the two story, open foyer where you will find a storage area for beach gear. Up 2 short flights of stairs you'll enter the main floor living area.
Enjoy the modern updates in 5B. The main floor consists of an updated half bath and large well-appointed kitchen with new tile backsplash, new quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, floor to ceiling white cabinets, new island with seating for four, and a beautiful live edge wood table that seats 6. In addition, new flooring was added throughout the main floor. The family room has a large LED TV, surround sound, DVD player, Bose Wave System, games, puzzles, books, DVDs and of course free Wi-Fi. The entire south wall is glass sliding doors allowing amazing views of the beach and ocean.
The 2nd floor contains a large beach-side master suite with a king bed and updated bathroom with dual sinks and large tile shower. Both have fantastic ocean views through the wall of glass sliders opening to the large balcony. The 2nd floor balcony has 2 reclining chairs with ottomans to relax while taking in the sights, sounds and feel of panoramic ocean views from Panama City Beach in the east to Destin in the west. This floor also contains another large bedroom with 2 queen beds and attached updated bathroom. This 2nd bedroom has a small balcony overlooking the pool with an ocean view to the west. Both bedrooms have large closets and flat screen TVs. Laundry is located on the 2nd floor.
The 3rd floor bedroom/loft has 3 custom built-in twin extra-long beds with an additional twin trundle and built-in cabinet. Each bed has its own reading light and electrical outlet with two USB ports for charging all your devices. The loft includes a TV and DVD player.
"Sand in My Shoes" is ideally located directly on a quieter stretch of 30A's world renowned beaches, away from all the crowds while only about a mile to the center of Seaside. Seaside and WaterColor are just short bike rides away. Centrally located in Seagrove, it gives you access to nature trails, biking and jogging paths, water sports, great dining and shopping.
There are 10 restaurants less than a mile from "Sand in My Shoes" including Cafe Thirty-A, Surfing Deer, Seagrove Market Cafe, The Perfect Pig and Angelina's Pizzeria & Pasta. This means you can ride your bikes or even walk to some of the best restaurants on 30A! In addition, bike, paddle board and kayak rentals are conveniently located across the street.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
