With unobstructed views and access to the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico, this completely renovated beach front, first floor condo is just steps away from the sugar white sands of Florida's Gulf Coast. This end-unit provides wonderful natural light and privacy, with views of the spectacular sunrises over Eastern Lake to the east, and sunsets over the gulf to the west.

Inside comforts include a king master bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa, and extra-long twin-over-double bunk beds. The open concept kitchen/living room area provides ample room and amenities for you and your guests to enjoy the view and relax.

This condo offers quick access to the beach or nearby Eastern Lake for family fun, swimming, fishing, kayaking, or just lounging around. You will be close to restaurants, shopping, and area entertainment in Seagrove Beach and nearby famous 30A Seaside, but secluded enough to avoid over-crowded beaches.

Sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen bed with upgraded Memory Foam mattress.
Extra-Long Twin-over-extra-long double bunk beds.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

I’ve been to this complex multiple times over the years. It is so close to the water.They remodeled this unit and it is wonderful. The beds were great. All of the furniture is so comfortable and the decor is very tasteful.

We loved the condo and the beach was very close and amazing views! The beach chairs were always set up and ready. Updated interior only down side was there was no coffee or filets and no disposal. Would stay here agin and the location was so great close to restaurants and my fav store Clay.Some small gnats in the kitchen but no biggie!

Great little condo! Clean and in a great location. We loved being on the ground floor where he kids could play out in front, and we really liked being the last unit which meant no one had to walk past our porch. The property description was very accurate and customer service and communication with management was great.

Beautiful condo right on the beach. Nicely updated. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Just a few minor issues as others have stated WiFi goes in and out a lot. Small black ants in the kitchen so keep food put away. Back sliding glass door needs some WD40 and our screen door was off its track when we arrived. Very minor issues and I would definitely stay here again and highly recommended the condo!

I've stayed in many units in Eastern Shores, and this one is beautiful. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is well-appointed, and everything was very clean. We loved the first-floor walkout access. I was planning to go ahead and book this unit for our trip next year. Unfortunately, the price had more than doubled from what we paid for this trip, so we found a much cheaper option in Eastern Shores. But I highly recommend this unit. It's lovely!

My wife and I stayed for a week at the Happy Little Condo and had a truly wonderful stay. The condo was comfortable and clean and had an amazing view. Great location! Only two small complaints - had some ant issues in the kitchen, so be sure your food is stored well and the wifi signal was not very strong. Had weak signal depending on where we were in the condo. That being said, we loved this condo and are already talking about plans to stay here again next year.

Getting in was a problem and the Mgt company had to change the code on the second day after being locked out. Everything else went smoothly. My husband who is hard to impress was impressed with the view! I was impressed with the stylish cozy decor and view. We rode bikes,(15 min ride) to seaside and water color to shop and eat. Recommend “The perfect Pig” for breakfast and lunch. We will definitely stay here again.

The end unit is beautifully renovated with unobstructed views of the gulf and full of light. Fully equipped kitchen. Spacious hall bunks if you have others traveling with you. Loved that it was a ground floor unit with no stairs and easy walk out to the beach. Very comfortable king bed. It's a great location too. We will definitely come back and hopefully stay longer next time.

A happy condo, but...

Great condo but- HOA was painting the outside - could not use keypad or knob and no outdoor lights from parking lot. Smoke from Oven causing smoke alarms to go off, hole in screens leading to porch. Owner has provided almost every possible item to make stay comfortable and convenient and recent remodeling was very very nice. Great location on 30A and ideal setting to get to beach very easily.

Annual 30A Vacation

My wife found this place a couple of years ago, and we have stayed here the past three trips. Great spot and comfortable condo. The only problem I have is that the patio area gas need painting the past two trips. The stucco was patched prior to our previous visit, but was never painted. Also, the sink in the bathroom was slow to drain our previous stay, and now hardly drains at all. Other than that, we rnjoyed our stay.

Another Great Stay at A Happy Little Condo

This was our 4th year staying in this condo unit. The ocean view and the direct access to the beach are second to none. As always, the condo was very clean. The owners go out of their way to provide all the little "extras" that make your stay easier. Convenient assigned parking space and comfortable beds. The only negative I have is we arrived 30 minutes early and it was apparent nobody was in the unit. So, we called Benchmark to ask if we could check in at 3:30pm instead of 4pm. The agent confirmed the condo was clean and had been inspected by housekeeping. However, we were told there would be a charge of $65 to check in at 3:30pm but if we called back at 3:45pm(they have a 15-min grace period), they would unlock the door remotely and let us in free of charge. Really? $65 charge for 30 min early but 15 minutes later, it's free. The agent said the charge is to reset the automatic door code that doesn't unlock the door until 4pm. Yet, at 3:45pm, she opened the door remotely. It just doesn't seem right considering check-in is 4pm and check-out is 10am. Our friends stay in other units in this same complex and are always provided early check in free of charge providing the unit is ready. I feel the condo owners/Benchmark should rethink their early check-in policy for this unit if it has been cleaned and inspected. Regardless, we love everything else about this condo and it will not keep us from returning!

The condo was perfectly clean. Since it is the bottom corner unit it was very quiet. It was the perfect size for our family of 4! The walk to the beach was only a few steps down the shared patio and the perfect spot. The parking spot is one of the best in the lot. The location on Eastern Lake Rd is one of our favorites on 30A.

Our 2nd time to stay in this unit. We like the spacious living room/ kitchen area. No obtrusive bar sticking out. The bed is not very comfortable - somewhat lumpy. Great patio area/view. Patio under repair and not painted in places. No landline phone, so you beed a cell phone - however we are on Verizon and had to go outside to place or receive calls. As there was zero bars showing. When we first arrived, the code would not e on the front door, and they had to send a maintenance man out to get it corrected. He arrived in just a few minutes and reset the lock.Batteries were dead in the main tv control. Other than thise little problems, we enjoyed our stay.

We have been coming to 30A for around 30 years, and this was our favorite condo that we have stayed in. It is roomy, well arranged and decorated, with plenty of amenities, including a Keurig coffee maker! Before we left, we reserved our stay for next year!

Favorite 30A Hide Away

My husband and I spent the last week in September in this lovely little condo 201 at Eastern Shores. We love this end unit because it feels more open with the extra windows and also more private being on the bottom floor. It’s also beautifully decorated and comfortable. The close proximity to the beach is a definite plus. Perfect location for daily walks toward Seaside and restaurants or longer scenic and less crowded bike rides toward Rosemary.
Our door code wouldn’t initially activate so called the management number and they sent someone within minutes to get us inside. The nice man also took the time to help us get phones connected to the internet and how to operate the TV. Before arrival Benchmark Management sent several emails or texts with helpful information to make out stay enjoyable. Also provided numbers if needed anything during our stay. Many thanks to them. I’ve already booked for a spring stay because I love this unit and location!

Loved this condo! Very pretty and renovated. Great view on the ocean and just steps away from the beach. We love not having to climb stairs and can easily go back and forth for lunch and breaks. It’s an end condo and has a nice breeze that comes through on the patio!

The place was very clean and well kept. I didn’t know there was a keurig coffee machine I was told it was Mr. Coffee. Not a big deal but it would of been nice to know. Overall it is a beautiful and tastefully decorated condo.

Happy Little Condo was amazing! We’ve stayed all over 30a and this was hands down the best place! Super clean and beautifully decorated with everything you could possibly need in a rental. We loved the short walk down the condo’s boardwalk to the beach and the beautiful sunsets right from the patio. It was the perfect place to spend Christmas and we will definitely be back!

This unit was every comfortable and well appointed! We have already booked it for next summer! Have been staying at Eastern Shores for many years and love the location. Especially enjoyed this renovated unit this time! Only downside was the lack of instructions to work the ttv’s and DVD player. Would also love a dvd in the bedroom. Overall it was a wonderful stay and looking forward to next year!
