This spacious 2000 square foot condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with ample room for 7. There is plenty of seating to enjoy the sunrise and sunset from the huge covered balcony accessed from the living room or the master bedroom.

Grab a seat at the comfy sectional for a movie night. The large TV is sure to impress and satisfy your entertainment needs. The living room opens to the kitchen and dining area so you're never without those Gulf views! There's plenty of room to eat in at the dining table for 6 with and additional 3 seat at the kitchen counter bar. And of course you can always dine al fresco on the balcony. There's nothing like the sound of the waves as a background to a fantastic meal. Grand Playa 302’s master king bedroom has magnificent Gulf views and a large private master bathroom with soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. The 2nd king bedroom has a private bath with a walk-in shower. A 3rd bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed and access to the hall bath with a tub and shower. There are TVs in every bedroom.

Grand Playa is a 4-story complex with only 8 condos – 2 on each floor and has assigned covered parking and an elevator. Perfectly located along Scenic Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach, just minutes from Seaside, Alys Beach, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach where shopping, dining, and entertainment are abundant.
