The second bedroom also has a king bed, TV, and its own private bathroom. The third bedroom includes another king bed and TV, while the fourth is great for families or kids, offering two bunk beds (three twins and one full bed) and a shared bathroom.

Located in the heart of beautiful Seagrove Beach, “The Legacy”, is a Gulf-front, 4-story condominium. Enjoy the ultimate in luxury with a stay here. The Legacy is convenient to local fine dining restaurants all along scenic 30A. Seaside and Rosemary Beach are just minutes away. This is a private, gated community with private beach access and Gulf-front pool. There are also elevators available.

A Benchmark initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods
