This convenient 1st floor condo at Mistral, Bare Feet Retreat, puts your patio right at the beach boardwalk access. Head out your back door and you're on the beach in seconds! Even better? This unit comes with free seasonal beach setup that includes 2 chairs, 1 umbrella, and 1 table.

Mistral 1 is a great modern and updated unit with a queen bedroom plus a sofa sleeper in the living area. The bathroom features dual sinks and a tub/shower combination. For your convenience, there is also a washer and dryer in the unit.

Mistral:
Enjoy easy access to the beautiful beach walkover with a stay at Mistral. Put your toes in the sand in just minutes. The quiet beach area offers families a special vacation getaway, yet it's close to great shopping and restaurants. The complex is located between Rosemary Beach and Seagrove Beach allowing for swift access to a variety of shopping and dining venues spread out along the coast. The 19-mile paved bike path that parallels the entire length of the scenic Highway 30A is conveniently located in front of the building.

30A:
30A is a scenic stretch of highway down Florida’s beautiful Gulf Coast between Destin and Panama City Beach. The highway connects the coastal villages of South Walton through the undisturbed beauty of rare dune lakes, sugar white sand, and emerald waters indigenous to the area. Each village has its own unique characteristics that paint a fairytale-like scene against some of the country’s most beautiful beaches. Come live the 30A life and experience the beach the way it was meant to be, where Southern Charm meets Bohemian Lifestyle and unforgettable vacation memories are created.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

The best part was being able to reserve beach chairs and umbrella with no hassle of having to pack our own. It saved so much time & being able to walk straight down to the beach was a plus. Location is great & the place is spotless.

Great location, perfect size for a couple

The condo was very clean, small but perfect for two adults. Location is great, lots of up and down to the beach, buts that’s about everywhere on 30A. No concerns with the unit itself whatsoever. We did have some confusion on the entry code, as we were sent one to use IF we arrived early. We did not arrive early, yet the original code did not function as it should have. That could have been done differently I think.
We were a little discouraged to learn the “complimentary chairs and table” actually did not include the table, and meant first come first serve. So, 630 or 7 am found us trekking down the stairs to “claim” chairs with our towels. A little confusion also where the tv is concerned. A Roku remote implied to us Netflix and Hulu possibly were available, but we just could not make it happen. Maybe a note with instructions? Finally, we had maintenance guys on our patio doing work for several hours on one afternoon. It would have been nice to know in advance if our patio would be unavailable to us at any time during our stay. Overall tho— the place was very nice. Updated, comfortable bed, plenty of towels, and a great view.

Regarding the complimentary beach chairs, we would like to clarify that the information about the chairs and table being available on a first-come, first-served basis was included in the guest guidebook, which was sent to you twice via text before your arrival. We understand the inconvenience and will work to ensure this detail is clearer for future guests. As for the TV, we provide smart TVs with internet access and encourage guests to use their own login credentials for streaming services like Netflix and Hulu. We will consider adding more specific instructions to make this easier for future stays. In reference to the maintenance work on your patio, we understand the disruption. These repairs are spearheaded by the HOA, and unfortunately, we are only able to provide prior notice if we are informed in advance by them. We will continue to do our best to keep guests updated when such events occur. I had a great stay at this little condo on the beach. It provided a quiet spot on the coast for relaxing and taking walks, as well as easy access to other areas along the coast for exploring, hiking, and enjoying local farmer's markets, fish markets and local restaurants, as well as convenient access for groceries. I found it thoughtfully equipped, clean and comfortable, with a tasteful beach vibe!

This was a short trip we added and found this retreat with beach access. It was a nice spot, well equipped, easy in ( first floor) and out ( boardwalk right to the water). A few daily needs were met with kindness and promptness. The bed in the main room is a queen, it was comfortable but may need updating in the future. There was also a pull out couch but we didn’t use it. If you love sunsets, this is your spot .

This unit was in an ideal location, very clean, quiet and the view was spectacular. The only downfall about this place is that it is located right next door to a public beach. There was not coded gate to keep those individuals out of the Mistral property and they were going back and forth which was scary. They were parking on 30A and using the Mistral as their beach entrance. Other than this concern we had a great stay.

The condo was well decorated and had every thing we needed for our weeks stay. It was convenient to not have to walk up lots of stairs to access the room as well as the being able to access the beach from the deck. The only thing that was a bit disappointing for us was that the TV was all streaming so not a lot of options if you don’t already have streaming accounts. Netflix and LiveTV (which wasn’t really live) was provided. Others, your in your own.

Overall this was a great location and comfortable unit. The only drawback was being on the first floor and a walkway that went right past our bedroom window and also our living area patio doors. The view was also somewhat obstructed. That being said, there were the advantages of not having to walk up several stairs!

We had a great time staying at the mistral #1. It was exceptionally clean and provided us with everything we needed. The location was wonderful as we ventured to Rosemary beach and seaside which we were situated right between. The fact that we could get to the beach so easily from the condos porch we a huge plus for us with a two year old. I would absolutely stay here again!

My family and I have been coming to the area since I will a child, and so 30a has become my kids favorite place to be. Mistral 1 was by the far nicest condo we have stayed in, since bringing my kids to the area for the past 5 years. The condo was immaculate, beautifully decorated, a perfect location, easy to get in to and deal with. Just an overall perfect experience. The pull out coach bed wasn’t the most comfortable for the kids but we always pack a blowup mattress, so that was no big deal. We will absolutely be back and honestly I have already recommended the condo to a couple of family friends. Thank you!!

This unit had a great location, the property itself was small and easy to get around. The beach setup was GREAT. The unit would be best for 2 people because there was much room in the living room with the fold out bed for kids. Unit could have been a little cleaner (Hairs on floor everywhere), but overall was a really good unit. GREAT location.
