Monterey A201 is a 2nd floor condominium located in beautiful Seacrest Beach on Highway 30A (1.25 miles west of Rosemary Beach and about 4 miles east of Seaside). It's a wonderful location on the 30A bike path so you can enjoy the area the most scenic way. And, with your stay at A201 between March and October, you'll receive free beach service that includes 2 chairs, and umbrella + table (weather permitting).
This cozy 2nd floor corner condo offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Gulf from the living area, dining area, kitchen, and master bedroom. Imagine lounging on the balcony watching the sunset after a day on the white sugar sand beach.
Sleeping Arrangements - Sleeps 8:
Bedroom 1: King bed, TV and balcony access. Private bathroom with jetted tub, dual sinks and shower.
Bedroom 2: King bed, TV. Access to shared hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed, TV and seating area.
Twin-over-twin hallway bunks.
Bedroom 3 and bunks share guest bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Monterey Condos:
Monterey is a private, gated complex located in Seacrest Beach on scenic highway 30A, just 2 miles west of Rosemary Beach. These Gulf-front units provide every amenity imaginable for the perfect getaway. Relax and enjoy the spectacular gulf views from your spacious wraparound balconies. There is a Gulf-front pool that is heated seasonally as well as community charcoal grills.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
Beach Rentals & Services
Benchmark Management is partnered with Vacayzen to offer our guests a variety of rental services, including bikes, golf carts, beach gear, and baby equipment, all with free delivery. Their friendly, local staff is available 7 days a week to assist before, during, and after your stay. Good overall
-The bathrooms could use an update, especially the toilets. Likely original to the condo
-Only one dish towel was provided which made drying dishes or air drying kids cups/bottles a bit challenging
-The rug in the living room is disgusting and moves very easily when walked on. Very easy to trip over and needs to be replaced.
-Empty flower pots on the patio with dead plants that just take up space and look ugly
-No wine opener in the kitchen - had to go buy one at Publix
-No pantry or any good place to store food. There is a weird area next to the fridge that has a lot of counter space but otherwise, groceries just have to sit on the kitchen counters.
-The table and chairs on the patio are great to sit in. The table is a bit unsteady though.
-The view is partially obstructed by a few tall, ugly bushes. It would be nice if the HOA would allow for those to be removed. You pretty much look right at them from the patio.
A few notes to renters:
-There is both a Keurig and 2 drip coffee makers. We were told it only had a Keurig
-There are a ton of leftover beach chairs and some beach toys in the bedroom closet. We were told there wasn’t anything left behind and wish we would have known.
-Publix is a short 5-minute drive away
Overall we were happy with the rental for our shorter stay. I would stay in the Monterey Condos again but would likely choose a different unit next time.
