Your perfect vacation awaits you at the Palms of Seagrove! You will enjoy strolling along the sugar white sands, while enjoying your favorite tropical drink, or just relax poolside. Walk to shopping and fine dining from the Palms or take a bike ride along the bike path that meanders along 30A.
Sleeping up to 6 people, this 3rd floor east corner unit has a king bedroom, hall bunks and a queen sleeper sofa. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer.

The Palms at Seagrove:
Nestled atop a bluff, the Palms at Seagrove is a Gulf-front complex is perfect for a great family vacation. Take a splash in the pool or a stroll along the sugar white beaches unique to this area. You'll enjoy some amazing views with a stay here. The Palms sits atop a 25-ft. bluff, raising you high above it all.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Benchmark Management is partnered with Vacayzen to offer our guests a variety of rental services, including bikes, golf carts, beach gear, and baby equipment, all with free delivery. Their friendly, local staff is available 7 days a week to assist before, during, and after your stay. We enjoyed our stay at Palms C11. The property description was accurate and the view was just as we expected. Condo was clean, but the hall carpet needs replacing as there were quite a few stains. The exterior of the side windows had green algae on them so that was more of a visual problem than an unclean issue. The property is centrally located on 30A allowing one to get to restaurants all up and down 30A. Word of caution when vacationing in July - very crowded which made driving on 30A challenging. Favorite activity was taking an airboat ride with Wild Thang Airboat Tours. Favorite place for donuts was Dough Sea Dough.

Condo lovely bed comfortable. We love sitting on the balcony watching the waves. Would recommend for future patrons' comfort that a blackout shade be placed in bedroom window to keep light out from outside night light. "Declutter the living room end table for better use. Remove the decorative table on other side of couch and put a usable end table. Too many breakables on those tables. Not very child friendly.

Very nice rental. This is the 4th time I have stayed at The Palms, in different units each time. This unit was very nice and clean. The only issue was with the cable tv, it kept getting pixelated and had no channel guide. Unit is top floor on the corner with excellent views. Oceanfront. Wouls stay there again sometime.

The furnishings are a little dated, but this didn’t really matter to us. It was clean and comfortable.
A couple suggestions would be to note in the description that this unit is on the 3 rd floor and there is no elevator. Being seniors, this was a bit of a challenge to unload and take upstairs all our luggage and go up and down 3 flights of stairs multiple times a day. It would have been helpful to know this in advance and request a second floor unit in the oceanfront buildings.
A suggestion, this, to the owners would be to replace the art work in the bathrooms and hallway with lots more pegs to hang swimsuits, clothing, and towels on.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay, but would find a similar set up oceanfront on no higher than the second floor or that had elevators.
