Make our happy place your vacation happy place at Rollin Tide C7 "Think Happy Thoughts". This modern and updated 1-bedroom unit can sleep up 5 guests and is dog friendly. From the 2nd floor you'll have a beautiful view of the heated pool and lush landscaping. A short walk takes you to convenient beach access.
The bedroom includes a queen bed, TV and private bathroom. The living area includes a queen sleeper sofa and a twin bed nook. This unit has everything you need to enjoy a great 30A vacation.
The surrounding neighborhood is perfect for children and adults to walk, play or ride bikes in a beautiful and safe environment. Enjoy sunbathing, swimming, surfing and building a sandcastle. Just a short one and a half mile walk or bike ride using the paved bikeways takes your to nearby Seaside. Experience amazing food, unique shopping, free outdoor concerts, outdoor family movies, wine festivals, unique art festivals, live theater, art galleries, arts and craft shows, antique car shows and good old hometown parades. Sunset anywhere on 30A is a must.
On top of that, we are known for fishing, dining, golfing, tennis, boating, skiing, and unique local shopping or the huge outlet mall in Sandestin (20 minutes away). It is absolutely one of the most wonderful and relaxing places in the world. If you desire a little more strenuous activity, jump in the car and take a short ride to Panama City or Destin for the theme parks, water parks and other attractions. In other words, whatever your interests and desires are, everything for your best vacation ever is right here!

Our stay at rolling tides was very nice. The rental we stayed in was super clean and decorated very nice. It had a very nice pool and sitting area to enjoy the sunshine and a nice balcony to sit outside and read a book and have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine, we were in walking distance of the restaurants and shops, but just a short drive down the road to most of the entertainment, which was less than five minutes away we were able to walk to the beach. This was our very first VRBO experience and enjoyed our stay. The management was very responsive from the booking to getting there to departure and everything in between. We also appreciated them, letting us bring our dog along.

My daughter and I had a great experience at Rollin Tide C7. We found the unit exactly as described and were able to enjoy spring break due to having everything we needed in this little gem. The location is convenient to the beach and local restaurants, and far enough off the road that the noise from spring breakers wasn't even noticed. We did have a little ant issue that was easily remedied with some spray that was found under the sink. We also accidentally left behind a few clothing items that we'd like to retrieve, yet the process to get those back has not been an easy one. The pool says heated but it wasn't on, so many of the vacationers were complaining since the weather was so cool and couldn't provide any heat. Overall, I'd stay there again and was happy with the spot.

From time arriving until leaving, this was an enjoyable vacation stay. Very pet friendly and had everything that was needed for a Think Happy Thoughts retreat away from home. Condo was clean and all was in working order. Patio chairs on the deck were a nice touch to snuggle into and relax. The bed was very comfortable as found in high end hotels. Loved that it was walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Benchmark was helpful and very attentive to my needs. Being able to bring my dog made the whole stay perfect.

Our family of 3 throughly enjoyed our stay. Nice little community that felt very safe. Loved the pool view. Close to everything but felt far from the hustle and bustle of the crowds. Had just about everything we needed although I did not cook much, bed was comfy, clean and homey. Hair dryer was provided and charcoal grill was close to the unit. We used our credit toward bikes from Vacayzen, the bikes were delivered promptly but in terrible condition. The beach was close, but once you get there you are limited to where you can set due to having areas blocked as private.

This condo is adorable. It has every kitchen convenience you need on vacation during a pandemic. It’s well-stocked. It was super clean. We enjoyed how close it is to restaurants and the walk/bike paths along the 30A. We brought our dog, too. She enjoyed the many walks. Our only suggestion is to improve the mattress in the bedroom. It was not comfortable. Otherwise - a perfect beach vacation! Thank you for the stay.

Great value -- Pet and family friendly condo in a good location. Condo and amenities were as described. Nice decor. Starter supply of bathroom and kitchen soaps were supplied which was nice; even had laundry and dishwasher detergent for a few loads. You will definitely need extra trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper if you are staying more than 4 nights and are more than 2 people. Super convenient to have a full size washer and dryer in the unit as well as beach chairs and a nice beach umbrella. The pool looked nice, but we did not use it. We were at the beautiful beach all day every day! The condo is located between two beach access points -- about a 5 minute walk to either one. Our 9 and 11 yr old boys normally complain about walking anywhere, but they did not mind this walk at all! We cooked most meals in house, but the condo is also walking distance to eating/shopping options and a short drive to many others. Many people traveled by bike or golf carts -- if you are planning on biking after sunset, then be sure to bring headlamps/flashlights/bike lights. The roads are dark after sunset so better to be seen and able to see the path ahead of you. Nice and quiet area to walk our dog -- she enjoyed her morning runs along 30A. Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed our first family trip to the Emerald Coast. We would recommend this condo and will return as long as our two boys fit on the sofa bed together...which may not be much longer :( Easy reservation/check-in/check-out.
Suggestions for improvement:
1) Cutting board in the kitchen and a larger knife for cutting larger fruits like watermelon and canteloupe
2) Bathtub could drain better
3) Fresher pillows & shower curtain liner -- we doubled up on the pillow cases or placed an extra sheet over the pillow cases
4) Steam clean couch and bedroom carpet
5) Sofa bed probably would be uncomfortable for an adult or heavier weight person but our 9 and 11 yr old boys had no problems sleep

We enjoyed our stay at Gentle Tides. The condo was roomier and nicer than the pictures showed. It was a short walk to the beach access. The place was clean and with well stocked kitchen. Appreciated that there were extra pillows, beach chairs, and even salt & pepper & olive oil for cooking our Goat Feathers' shrimp and crab cakes.

My family and I usually visit the area every year or every other year. This was our first time staying here and it was great. We had a wonderful visit. My kids had a blast and so did the dog. It was great to have a quiet place to unwind right on the beach.

Gentle Tides is a comfortable gem for families and pets. The well maintained grassy areas and trash receptacles were well placed for pet owners. The pool area is lovely, well maintained and perfect for sunbathing then taking a refreshing dip.
The property is located between two public beach access points and across heavily trafficked 30A. As older folks we opted to use the nice pool rather than make the trek to the ocean.
The unit was clean, well maintained and has comfortable furniture. The washer and dryer were appreciated and necessary to have enough towels for the week. A bath mat is needed when stepping out of the shower/bath.
Hotel sized soap, shampoo, conditioner were there but no extra toilet paper!

It is a gem for sure - everything you might need in one little comfy, cozy package! We do realize that 30A can be busy at times so we do ask everyone to use caution when crossing! Luckily it's just a quick walk right over to the beach! We also just wanted to make sure that all of our future guests understand that we do provide a starter set of amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap and lotion as well as dishsoap and pods for laundry and the dishwasher but these may not last for your entire stay so if you have any questions about what to bring please just let us know!

What we thought was going to be a nightmare with a storm boring down, turned into a wonderful week in 30A. The gentile tide condo was perfectly accommodating and minutes walk to the beach. The pool was a wonderful break from the sand and the kids absolutely loved it. We were in a perfect location with great dining, a Publix for groceries, and only 20 miles from Destin and shopping.

The condo itself was as described and clean. Kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of cooking equipment and utensils to make meals. It was very helpful to have use of beach chairs and umbrella so we didn’t have to bring them from home. The complex itself is a little older, but it was fine. The unit was a 5 to 10 minute walk from the beach, cutting through an area that is now under construction and soon may be blocked off as a public pass thru. However, there is another public beach entrance that’s not far away and probably would be more like a 10 to 12 minute walk from the unit. The property management company neglected to tell us what unit we were in, although we were given the address of the property. I had to call them to find out what unit we were in and it was after hours. To their credit, I got a phone call back within 5 to 10 minutes and we were able to find the unit. Would’ve preferred knowing the unit number before we arrived.

A quick get away for my husband, golden, and me. Great time and ended up being pretty good weather despite predicted bad weather from hurricane Nate. Condo was clean and cozy with everything we needed. Neighbors were friendly and proximity of stores and restaurants is excellent.

The only negative was where we had to walk our pets. The sprinkler system was on a schedule which went on every morning and every evening right at the time we tried to walk our dog. The area always remained totally wet and in some areas it was flooded. It required us to walk our dog off the property. That was our only inconvience. Over all we had a very nice stay. Thanks
