Southwinds K-8 is a charming 1-bedroom condo with loft that comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests, and it’s just steps away from the beautiful emerald waters and sandy shores. With beach access just 30 steps from your doorstep, it’s the perfect spot for a memorable coastal retreat.

Inside, you’ll feel right at home in the spacious living area, complete with cozy sofas and a TV for relaxing after a day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a coffee maker, microwave, and toaster, so you can easily prepare meals. The dining area, with seating for six, is ideal for family meals or enjoying takeout after a day of adventures.

The covered front deck is a great place to start your morning with a cup of coffee or unwind in the evening with a snack. With a table and chairs, it’s perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Plus, having a washer and dryer right in the condo makes things even easier.

The primary bedroom has a comfy queen-sized bed, a TV, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. It also opens up to a rear deck where you can catch a glimpse of the ocean. Upstairs, the loft is great for extra guests and little ones, with a full futon and a full-over-twin bunk bed. There’s also a TV and a bathroom with a tub/shower combo to make it even more convenient.

Bedroom: 1 Queen bed, TV, rear deck access and a private bathroom.
Loft: 1 full futon, 1 full-over-twin bunk bed, TV and a shared bathroom.

Southwinds provides access to a refreshing community pool with sun loungers and a dining area, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Fire up the poolside charcoal grill and savor your favorite meals in a vibrant outdoor setting! Guests can also enjoy the sandy shores of Panama City Beach via the nearby public beach access, complete with beach service provided by Byo Chair. Plus, it's just 1 mile from the famous Thomas' Donut Shop!

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
