Grey tile planks extend from the open concept main area onto the private balcony. Walk onto the balcony from the master bedroom or living area and experience the mesmerizing views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Movie night awaits you with comfortable seating and a large TV + DVD player in the living area. The kitchen is so stunning with plenty of storage and an amazing island – making it the perching area for many treasured conversations. Ideally located along Scenic Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach, BeachCrest is just minutes from Seaside, Alys Beach, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach. You’ll find no shortage of options for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

This well-kept 12-story building offers Gulf-front accommodations with one of the best views across all of 30A. Some of the many amenities include natural gas grills, picnic tables, a grassy play area, and Gulf-front pool that is heated seasonally.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

What an amazing week! Beautiful weather, lots of sun not too hot. Just perfect. The condo was fantastic. Very clean and well taken care of. The view was fantastic. Master bedroom was great. Would like to see a king bed in the other room instead od 2 twin beds. We travel a lot with another couple. I would definately recommend this condo. We have stayed at Beachcrest several times and never been disappointed.

We always enjoy staying at Beachcrest. One complaint this year was that the TV in the master bedroom would not connect to internet so we couldn’t stream. The TV is the spare bedroom did not work at all. After a long day on the beach, we like to relax with some TV. We sent concerns but could not get any assistance from management. The condo amenities other than the TV were great!

Perfect Girls' Weekend

The unit had a nice parking lot that allowed us to park easily. Our unit was located on the third floor. The rental was clean, beautifully decorated, and provided all of the amenities we would need for our weekend stay. We were minutes from the beach and once on the beach, we were able find beach chairs with an umbrella. At one point, there was a major rain, and the property manager texted us to move our car to higher spot in parking lot and also dropped off batteries for our tv remote. I would absolutely return to this rental unit. The location was ideal for our group-we drove to most spots but a person easily could have walked or rented bikes to get around.

We loved this area. The atmosphere was so relaxing instead of crowded. My only problem was that the mattresses on the twin beds need to be replaced. I could hardly move after sleeping on it so I started sleeping with my 85 year old mother in the master bedroom. Everything else was wonderful and the condo was beautiful.

It was a long weekend trip and I loved being on the beach. Having coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean every morning is a must for me. The unit was clean and well decorated. The building itself could use some love. It is dated and needs painting.

The newly renovated beach themed condo was very nice! The balcony view was wonderful of the beach and ocean. The 2 beach chairs and umbrella were great to have every day at the beach. We liked how close restaurants, shops, a grocery store, and ice cream shops were in location to us. The elevators were quick. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pictures online were exactly what the condo looked like. The check-in/out was easy with the Hospitality app. The app also gave me codes to the condo and beach/pool access and other information. My family and I had a nice stay here!

We had a wonderful stay in 305! We have been to the Beachcrest now for a few years. By far our favorite unit! Clean! Updated! Fans! Air unit worked well!!! We will definitely book this unit again next year!
Love the island in the kitchen! View was better than expected being only in 3rd floor! Our boys loved the second room with two twin beds! Overall it was a great stay! Location of condo is perfect, right in the middle of all the things! Beachcrest, 305 for the Win!

We loved this condo! It’s updated and beautiful and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, showers were great, and kitchen was perfect too. The balcony is large and overlooks the beach. I don’t have a single complaint. We will be back!!

Very nice and clean condo unit. The unit faces the Gulf with a great view of the beach and ocean. The complimentary beach chairs were wonderful. I would definitely stay here again. Benchmark was easy to work with and very accommodating.

This unit is beautifully decorated and has an incredible view of the ocean. It was very cold while we were there and it was so nice to sit on the deck and enjoy the waves without having to go all the way down to the beach. You can hear the waves beautifully from this unit as well. It's convenient to so much good food, as well. I highly recommend eating at Café 30A. It's only about a one minute walk from the condo. Communication with benchmark management company is a 10 scale of five. The property was spotless and they communicated numerous times with us during our trip to make sure things were going well. I will definitely stay here again!!

305 is a lovely unit. The kitchen, however, has a brand new induction glass stove top, and we had to call the office and maintenance —both of whom were so very pleasant and helpful—to make sure we used it correctly—you have to use stainless steel, no aluminum! Also, the bedrooms each have decent sized closets, but there is limited drawer space in the bedrooms. All in all, it is a nicely-decorated, clean unit—one in which we will stay again!!

We’ve never stayed in Beachcrest and this condo was perfect for our small family. Had all the amentities we needed for cooking too. Love the private access to beach and pool. The elevator was great as well. Beachcrest is central to everything and walking distance to lots of great restaurants and cafes.

Super cute condo for our girl’s trip! Weather was amazing! The only thing I would suggest changing is that in the master bedroom, the box spring makes this really loud noise anytime you get up or down.

We had a great stay. Check in and check out were effortless. The only thing I would mention is that the pictures did not accurately represent the master shower. It was dingy and not nice/representative of the rest of the condo which had lots of updates.
