The sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen bed.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
There was a QR code for instructions and information. It only contained checkin information. There was no information about the operation of the TV. After checking with the staff in the office we were told there should be a binder in the unit that explains everything needed. There was no binder. We were told we would get one, we never did receive one.
The unit itself needs some updates and perhaps some upgrades especially the bathrooms and living room couches and chair which were not very comfortable.
The kitchen was equipped with utensils, pots and pans. There were plenty of plates, glasses and bowls for salads. Do not expect to find any spices or any other basic cooking needs.
The coffee maker was the paper filter type. No filters were provided. It would be nice to have a pod coffee maker.
The parking was sufficient and convenient, the two elevators were in good operation. The pool itself was very clean and warm. Access to the beach was convenient. There are some steep stairs to go up or down to the beach but that’s normal for the area.
The best part of the beach was having the umbrella and beach chairs available for use anytime we needed them. A nice amenity.
Would we come back to this unit, probably not but we wouldn’t hesitate to return to this complex. We would pick another unit.
