About Ariel Dunes I Unit 301:
Inside, the open living area is spacious and inviting, featuring a cozy sofa setup, one of which converts to a queen-sized bed for added flexibility. Step through sliding doors onto the balcony directly from the living room to extend your relaxation space. The dining area seats six, perfect for meals or game nights. A fully equipped kitchen with all essentials, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and Keurig allows you to prepare meals with ease. This unit also has a washer and dryer, adding convenience for extended stays.

The primary bedroom includes balcony access, a king bed, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. The second bedroom also features a king bed, a TV, a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and balcony access. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a TV, with access to a full hall bathroom.

Ariel Dunes offers two expansive pools, one of which has a zero-entry point, making it accessible and ideal for all ages. The second pool features a fun mushroom fountain, sure to be a hit with the kids, and both provide ample lounging space to enjoy Florida’s abundant sunshine. For added comfort, the pools are heated during the winter season, from October through March.

Guests also have access to over 2,000 linear feet of private sugar-white sand beach, with chair and umbrella rentals available for those who want to unwind right by the waves.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
