Enjoy the serenity and beauty of the sugar white sands and emerald green waters afforded this gulf-front complex located in Seacrest Beach! You will feel right at home in this first floor gulf-front condominium tastefully decorated with a tropical flair. Walk out to the pool, grilling area, and beach access directly from the patio. Enjoy the comforts of home while at the beach with a fully stocked kitchen, spacious living and dining area, flat screen TVs in each room, and pillow top mattresses on each bed. The expansive Master suite boasts a walk in shower and jetted whirlpool tub, and ample counter space with his and her vanity sinks.

Natural beauty abounds at this tranquil beach location between famous Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Enjoy the 30-A bike and walking trail to access local shopping, restaurants, and recreational activities at Alys, Rosemary, and Seacrest beaches. Bring your beach towel and you will be all set for relaxation at Tranquility 110!

Please Note: Tranquility at the Beach does not allow smoking in any of the common areas or units, including the balconies.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Great location- unit needs update

Location cannot be beat.Steps from the pool and beach access. The unit needs updated badly. Very dangerous exposed outlet on the patio, moldy shower curtain in queen bathroom, front of vanity missing with random shoes and a tshirt shoved in the space, battled a few very large palmetto roaches. Living room and kitchen were ok. The rest of the unit needs attention. The pool and beach were spotless and relaxing!

When we arrived at Tranquility we were locked out of the gate. I didn't see a gate code on any of our correspondence from Benchmark Mgmt. Good thing we arrived during business hours or else we would have been stuck sleeping in our vehicle for the night. The condo was very nice and in the best location. The only downfall was that you couldn't see the beach at all from the patio. When it was time to leave, we didn't have the code for the dumpster.

Clean, convenient, and spacious for 3 couples, we had an amazing time sharing our favorite part of the Gulf Coast with friends from California and Texas -- they said they really couldn't believe the elegance and style of the property, and that the beach and waters were more beautiful than any of the islands they had visited! We will definitely come again, and recommend to others!

We had a great stay! Clean condo, great location! Only negative was that a trailer was parked in our one parking spot the entire week, and we called Benchmarck twice and they never called us back. Everything else was great!

We had a great stay. Our condo was walk-in level, no stairs! Our back patio was next to the pool and a few steps to boardwalk that led to our private beach. All the neighbors were very nice. We enjoyed the beach every day, no crowds at all. I will definitely stay here again.

Clean and beautiful.
Comfortable mattresses. (Blow up mattresses in closet) Didn't use the dishwasher but the washer and dryer were used everyday.
Loved having the pool so close but the steps to the beach were a workout. Carrying the cooler was a nightmare. And there was no access for anyone who had trouble walking. But the beach and water were so gorgeous!!
We used Jake's beach service. Convenient and polite.
We had to leave a day early because of TS Fred. When it got windy we took the chair cushions inside.
Had no trouble with the doors and management was only a phone call away.
Wish there was a closet with some kickboards in it. We bought some but probably won't use them in Indiana.

The beach on 30A has sand dunes between the water and the condes so unfortunately, there are stairs down to the beach and up to the resort. Our rentals come with a free room credit with 3 night minimum stays to use toward renting beach gear such as kickboards, boogyboards, bicycles and golf carts. Absolutely would stay here again! Loved being on the first floor. Was worried about noise being so close to the pool, but could hear nothing! You walk outside and you have everything right there; pool and stairs to the beach! The condo was huge! Everyone had their own bathrooms. Had all the essentials needed.

Steps away from beautiful soft sand bch & pool. Tons of room in bedrooms & bathrooms. Large kitchen fully stocked. Very clean and would rent again.

Tranquility is a twenty unit quiet gulf front condo building. 110 was clean, comfortable, and literally steps from the beach walkover. If you want a better view of the gulf, you may want to choose a higher floor as you can’t see gulf from first floor. I think this unit would be great if you had little kids - right by the pool, grassy are to play and easy walk to beach. My only suggestion might be to update dishes, coffee cups, flatware. There was plenty there, but a lot of mismatched items. Of course that in no way reflects on our stay here. It was great!

Very good overall. Sliding door to patio needs an outside handle, plus the screen door does not move. Otherwise very pleased with the condo
