Additionally, there's a full laundry room off of the kitchen, providing easy access during your stay. After a day of adventure, relax in the spacious living area, equipped with Apple TV for your entertainment needs.

Step outside to the Gulf-front patio with commercial outdoor grills, where you can savor the stunning views while barbecuing. 1st Floor, Bedroom 1: 2 full-over-full bunk beds + pull-out twin trundle beds; and a connecting bunk area with a twin-over-twin bunk bed.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 2: King bedroom, TV. Connecting full bath w/ a tub shower combo.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 3: Gulf-view king bedroom, TV. Connecting full bath w/ a tub/shower combo

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
