Great Location, Some Issues Though

Overall our stay was 3.5 stars. By far the best thing about this property was the location. Proximity to the beach is amazing and the private beach area (although small) ensures a place to set up for the day. A few of the downsides - the sound on the TV in the living room didn’t work and neither did the light/fan combo in the bedroom. You couldn’t turn the fan on and the light off at the same time. Lastly, there was some construction or something going on above us which started at 7:30am which is a real bummer when you’re on vacation.

Perfect Spot

This was our third year staying at dune villas and our second time staying at 8A. It’s in a great location, close to the beach and to the town. Easy access to the beach and pool. The kitchen has mostly anything you’d need. The condo is mostly clean, it can be dusted and cleaned a little better in my opinion, but nothing that would deter me from returning. The towels can be softer, when you’ve been in the sun a long time, it can be a little painful. The communication with benchmark wasn’t great, I feel the customer service had changed and has decreased in quality. Thankfully it wasn’t a horrible experience, but I did find myself frustrated when I wouldn’t hear back or didn’t receive information in a timely and accurate fashion.

Great Location & Incredibly Clean!

We take our large family on 4th week every year and this one was among the best. From the super clean bedding, rooms, and beachfront views from our living room and master bedroom. The beach is private as well so made for easy grab of beachfront with umbrellas and chairs. Simply one of the best!
