Wonderful vacation

Beautiful condo right on the beach. Nicely updated. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Just a few minor issues as others have stated WiFi goes in and out a lot. Small black ants in the kitchen so keep food put away. Back sliding glass door needs some WD40 and our screen door was off its track when we arrived. Very minor issues and I would definitely stay here again and highly recommended the condo!

We were pleased with the facilities , especially the location and very satisfied with the assistance, good customer service and all information provided by Benchmark management.our only complaint was with the tv provider that did not work well and did not have good programming.

We loved this condo! The view and location were awesome! Plenty of room for our family of five. The decor was very nicely updated. My favorite part about this place is how easy access & close to the beach it was and I loved that it was private so we didn’t have to fight getting a good spot close to the water since it wasn’t public beach access. Would definitely stay here again!

Location great, furniture not so much

The location just really can't be beat – the corner view was breathtaking! With the private beach, we had no trouble setting up right on the water. However, the furniture in the unit is ready for a good cleaning/replacement. The bed was hard and not comfortable at all. Benchmark was great, as always, and we will rent with them again!
