We brought our one year old here for our first family beach vacation and everything was perfect! We came mid-August and practically had the beach to ourselves. We loved being on the beach, we were so close to great food and shopping, and Publix was 5 mins down the road for easy groceries! We hope to come back to Mistral condominiums for future trips.

Worked For Us For A Last Minute Stay—Needs Work!

The location was great and made up for all the other things that weren’t. We didn’t have wifi the entire time and “they were still working on it” at the end of our stay. We needed to get some work done while we were there and had to use our phones as hotspots instead which had very spotty reception in that area. That also meant that we couldn’t watch any streaming services on the TVs. The back sliding door does not lock and you have to use a wooden stick to jam in the door at night. The bathroom needs a major update and deep clean. It worked for us in a pinch but it wasn’t a place I would recommend to others. I enjoyed the location and would probably seek another unit in that complex instead.

Beautiful gulf front view from our balcony.
The condo was clean and has that beach house feel. The kitchen countertops were white and stained very easily leaving a glass and coffee cup ring everywhere. They must bleach them to keep clean because we could not clean up with a sponge and soap.
We would have like the option of movies on demand on the TV.

Loved our stay here. Perfect view. Private beach & complementary chairs were lovely. Older structure but updated & all new appliances. Problems with keypad but locksmith changed quickly. Overall perfect stay!
