My husband and I had the best time at Sand Cliffs 107. This is our second time starting here and won't be the last. The location is quiet, convenient, and cozy. Our favorite part is the chairs in the grass--we had our coffee or there every morning and a beverage of choice out there every night.
We did have a few hiccups (A/C and Internet went out, water was off) but they were all resolved in a timely manner and the Benchmark staff was easy to contact/quick to reply-even after hours.
We will definitely be back!

Our stay at Sand Cliff was one of the best vacations ever. Our condo was was excellent with a great view. Access to the beach was convenient and the pool was great too. Very good place to stay and relax, we’ll definitely be back!

This was our 2nd year staying at Sandcliffs. The first year was a one bedroom and this unit had two bedrooms. We love this location, it is our paradise. The unit was very clean and well equipped. We had a perfect view of the ocean from our condo. Will definitely be back next year.

Sand Cliffs 106 Thanksgiving

We descended on Sand Cliffs with our extended family for Thanksgiving. We enjoyed having our own condo where we could hang out and relax at the end of a busy day. The living room is large and has plenty of room to spread out and relax. The couch is different from the pictures and we didn't find it all that comfortable. Aside from the couch, the pictures are accurate. The bedrooms are comfortable but the bathrooms are a bit small. We had an issue with wifi not working; however, it did not affect the quality of our stay. We had misgivings about staying on the 1st floor but it worked out perfectly. We loved not having to negotiate stairs or wait for the elevator. The new Publix down the road is a life saver - super convenient for anyone staying at Sand Cliffs. Also, Bruno's has become our favorite pizza place of all time - we are officially pizza-spoiled. Communication from the property management team was timely and appropriate (not too much and not too little). We would definitely stay here again.
