Special Owner amenities for all guests: One $15 Turbo Coffee gift certificate; Starbucks K-cups, Mighty Leaf green tea, creamers, stevia and sugar packs. An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen, this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom, it includes: 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels, you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
The condo, Well done. Clean. Beatle themed, which we love. Played Beatles Monopoly. Kitchen well stocked with anything you need. Bathroom shower had a rain fixture and hand held wand. shampoo etc provided. Furniture comfortable. Liked the table vs stools at counter.
EXTRA BONUSES - $15 gift card at local coffee place and chairs and umbrella for beach. (chairs even had shoulder straps for easy carry)
Location is great, could walk East & West to food etc. Private walk out to beach.
Benchmark is great, we rent with them everytime. Convenient and efficient with text/email and friendly over the phone.
Not 100% perfect. We had rain during our stay and wished we could watch local weather forecast on TV. Bed was too soft for me. Doesn't need to be firm but this was softer than medium. (I know, I've sold mattresses.) I slept on the couch, got better sleep but not preferred for an anniversary get away. Would be 5 stars all around if mattress was firmer.
